Copywriter Wanted

We're searching for a talented In-House Copywriter to craft compelling website content that breathes life into our clients' visions. You'll be the maestro of words, working closely with both clients and our design team to ensure our websites not only look stunning but speak volumes. Most of our clients are small / medium businesses in New Zealand - they range from plumbers to specialised engineering firms, brewers and even lolly shops! (so a varied array of writing styles and industries to enjoy)

What this role entails:

• Take a basic brief and transform it into a detailed content plan after meeting with the client
• Write captivating content that aligns with the client's brand and objectives
• Collaborate with our design team to seamlessly integrate text and design
• Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets high quality standards

Web Developer Wanted

With a growing demand for premium ecommerce and business web solutions, we are looking for an experienced intermediate to senior web developer to join our young, friendly, collaborative team.

What this role entails

• Developing websites based on completed prototype designs our team has created and signed off with the client
• Liasing with the project manager and other team members to plan out your day and week to ensure development work is completed on time and to spec
• Completing day to day website updates for our existing clients - from minor website updates through to developing new functions focusing on UX / UI
• Proofing work and completing QA checks to ensure we collectively deliver a high quality product to the client
• Work collaboratively with our diverse team to improve and drive innovation in the service we provide and what we deliver to our clients

Job Requirements / Skill Sets:

• Strong understanding of modern coding practices and standards in HTML, CSS is mandatory
• Skills in responsive design, along with an understanding of UX/UI principles
• At least 2 years experience in the web development space
• Ability to work effectively in team settings, showing a capacity to communicate with colleagues
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and collaboratively ensure timely project delivery with team members
• Capability to review code and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for both clients & team)
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and come up with innovative solutions
• Willingness to experiment with new technologies and methodologies

A strong interest and understanding of A.I is preferred, also an understanding of Javascript, PHP and Shopify Liquid coding is desirable too.
