Applied AI Case Studies / Custom CMS System 2026
Riverside Horticulture
The challenge: A high daily volume of inbound and outbound calls meant staff were manually writing call summaries and entering them into their CRM, costing time and leaving gaps in client records. What we built: An AI workflow that transcribes every call, generates a clean summary, and logs it against the right contact in their CRM automatically, within a minute of the call ending. The result: Hours of admin returned to the team each week, faster follow-up, and more complete, consistent client records.
