Razor - ACS Builders Case Study

The Runway Foundation (TRF), a charitable organisation in Franklin, reached out to RAZOR for a complete website overhaul to better align with their evolving mission and growth.

Founded in 2015, TRF aims to 

  • Aid families in the Franklin region who have children diagnosed within the ADHD spectrum.
  • Help youth reach their potential, providing mentorship and support.
  • Support vulnerable individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.

TRF’s existing website was outdated in both structure and visual design, failing to adequately represent the foundation’s vibrant and impactful initiatives.

The existing site also didn’t highlight TRF’s sub-brands, ADDventures and Coffee for Good; nor was it optimised to foster partner and community engagement.

The goal of the new website was to enhance TRF’s digital presence, by effectively communicating their services, and encouraging engagement with the community and potential partners.

RAZOR undertook a full redesign of TRF’s website, focusing on three core areas. 

Visual Design
The new site features a modern, polished design that aligns with TRF’s passionate mission. The visual elements were designed to be visually engaging and resonate with the diverse audience TRF targets.

Content Structure
RAZOR revamped the site’s layout to ensure clear, intuitive navigation. The updated structure showcases TRF’s initiatives and sub-brands, providing easy access to information about their programs, services, and impact. The new content hierarchy is designed to engage visitors and direct them to key areas, such as support services or partnership opportunities.

Messaging
Supporting TRF in writing their own content, the messaging was refined to effectively communicate TRF’s mission and activity.s The site now includes compelling calls-to-action and detailed descriptions of TRF’s programs, making it easier for visitors to understand the foundations work and how to get involved.

        TRF’s new website presents a cohesive, engaging, and informative platform that highlights the foundation’s mission and activities.

        The modern design and improved content structure have led to increased visitor interaction, with more users exploring the site’s offerings and learning about RF’s impact.

        Awareness of the foundation’s work, diverse initiatives and sub-brands is conveyed through clear messaging and prominent displays of key information.

        The site also serves as a tool for fostering partnerships and community support, thanks to its professional appearance, accessible information, and online donation capacity.
